Commercial & Industrial Assessments • Agricultural Energy Assessments • Energy Sales and Use Tax Exemption Audit
Infrared Technology • Building Modeling • Steam Evaluations • PC Power and Management
Tailored to your interests and needs, these comprehensive commercial and industrial audits will help to identify feasible energy management projects for commercial and industrial facilities that will cash flow with energy savings; including HVAC, Envelope, Lighting, Controls and Operation, PC Power Management and Renewable Energy Sources. Feedback includes project recommendations, cost estimates, simple payback, and applicable rebates*.
For complex heating, cooling, and envelope systems, these commercial and industrial audits can be used as preliminary assessments to provide an understanding of project workability prior to engineering analysis or design.

Agricultural Energy Assessments
These agricultural energy assessments evaluate energy savings opportunities for agricultural machinery and processes to minimize operational costs. Past agricultural assessments have assisted grain and dairy operations and hog confinements in identifying energy management improvements as well as determine feasibility for a range of operations to integrate wind and other renewable energy sources into their processes. Feedback includes project recommendations, simple payback, and applicable rebates*.
Our agricultural energy assessments can be used to meet the energy study criteria for the Rural Energy for America (REAP) Program. To learn more about eligible projects, please contact Chad Kloberdanz at chadk@theenergygroup.biz .
*Rebates vary depending on utility provider and are subject to change, - they should always be confirmed prior to implementation.

Infrared technology is a diagnostic tool used for predictive and preventative maintenance that uses an infrared imaging and measurement camera to observe and measure invisible infrared energy emitted from an object. Annual thermal imaging can potentially reduce commercial liability premiums as well as identify weaknesses in facilities or equipment. Our experienced staff has completed training with the Snell Group in compliance with ASNT guidelines. Feedback includes infrared images of your facility and a report that describes existing conditions.
